Flight Golf processes, manages, and secures your personal data with the utmost care. We comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.
Personal data we process
Flight Golf processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. This privacy statement applies to personal data generated through your visits to the Flight Golf website.

How long we retain personal data
{client name} does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. This means that we retain the data for as long as necessary to perform the requested services and fulfill agreements. Exceptions to this are data that we are legally obliged to retain for a longer period.
Sharing personal data with third parties
{client name} does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Flight Golf remains responsible for these processing activities.

Access or delete data

This means you can submit a request to us to have the personal data we hold about you sent in a computer file to you or another organization designated by you.
You can send a request to access, correct, delete, or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@flightgolf.com.
To ensure that the access request was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with your request. On this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request within four weeks.
Flight Golf would also like to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This can be done via the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Flight Golf takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration.
